Made In Heaven Review

Created by Zoya Akhtar & Reema Kagti.
We all have experienced the fresh plots from these two earlier ..
Made in Heaven is an advance and enlarge version of Band Baja Baraat.

I don't know but when it comes to details, she's the clear winner...
Zoya especially fond of the character and it's detailing. She mainly focuses on how to develop or express them. She works really hard to make sure that the audience should engage with the Character's lifestyle, with their passion, thoughts, desires. The main aim is to connect us more effectively so that we all can feel the Character.

Made in Heaven is a wedding organizing company run by two people, one is gay and the other one is married to the super-rich man who is also the investor of her company.
And they were in debt & continued pressure to make the company profitable & successful.

Each episode is a new challenge for them. They're always in a fuss, every marriage they organize they land on trouble unwillingly and somehow they have to clear the mess so that the marriage doesn't get canceled & manages to do it merrily to come out of it.
The characters dealing with so many things along with their personal issues concurrently.

Even there is a scene when Karan burst out because they're doing way more than they assume to. After so many interferences into the Bridegrooms family issues, Karan just loses his mind and shouts that for god sake one time should we do our work i.e Venue, Caterer & Decorations instead of diving into the family matters of bride and groom.
But they did so that the bride & grooms are happy throughout the marriage and didn't feel any glitch on that auspicious day.

The name somehow managed to reflect the theme of the show but this could be more as the Marriage Of Modern Indian Society.

This show reflects the harsh reality of the rich world, all equipped but lost. Have everything still alone, have a lot of money but all lonely. Loneliness keeps digging their heart all the time.

I love how they explore the gay character, his desires, and the unacceptable pathetic behavior of our society towards a particular community. Homosexuality, they open it all.

So many beautiful shots, all the shots were captured brilliantly and looks so fresh, new and colorful. Just like in any marriage all vivid lights.
Production Designer works really hard and will deserve Applause and a lot of credit to make this whole series look so glamorous and amazing.

The way they capture all types of marriages of all caste and their culture, rituals so delightful to watch - Punjabi, Jodhpuri, Bangali, South Indian, Delhi, etc.

The TITLI  duo returns here, Shashank as Kabir & Shivani as Jaspreet makes us more comfortable this time. I think they come in pair just like Ram Sampath & Sona Mohapatra 😂 #Sorry

Poetries - In Kabir's Voice

At first, it looks weird but now you're waiting for his voice to come & summarize all the emotions, love in his unique poetries & most of the time it makes sense.

CAST :

Good to see they cast Sobhita Dhulipala  here. She impressed us earlier by her performances in Raman Raghav 2.0, Kaalakaandi, Goodachati & Chef.  This time she's been more productive & just dwelling in her role.

Arjun Mathur :

He's one of the most underrated actors, he has so much potential & hopes this time people will recognize his talent & appreciated by everyone. His performance in Brij Mohan Amar Rahe, Luck by Chance, The Accidental Prime Minister, Barah Aana and so on...
He's a brilliant but underdog actor and deserves more from Bollywood.

Jim Sarbh :

He's a pure talent India has witnessed. He nailed every role he does & makes it alive through his performance and you end up loving the character. He's a kind of eye-catcher.

Kalki :

I don't know but she's a kind of actor who portrays her role with such a fluency & fluidity that looks so natural on screen.

Vijay Raaz & Vinay Pathak  rationalize with their short but strong roles. Their performance is substantial and mesmerizing.

They ended up every episode at a very high note so that we've to return for season two.
